Where Meddox is headed — honest milestones, not vaporware.
A personal pilot record can live in Firestore and Cloud Storage when an operator sets that account’s pilot flag. Demo mailboxes stay on this device. Copying a record already on this device is opt-in and does not run on login. Real users stay off until the operator and counsel items in the handoff are done.
Impressum, privacy, terms, and the medical disclaimer exist as English and German drafts. German is binding. A lawyer has not approved them. Operator identity stays in environment variables and is unset in git.
scripts/deploy.sh plans one image and applies only after an interactive yes. Budget, browser-key, and 5xx proposals default off and were not applied. Nothing from this review was deployed.
The container build accepts the public Firebase and app settings as build arguments, and Cloud Build passes them. That wiring is in the repo. It was not shipped from this review.
Invite testers and stabilize the personal Akte, labs, documents, and multi-model synthesis.
The chat route adds a versioned checklist for oncology, endocrinology, cardiology, or general internal medicine, chosen from ICD-10 ranges and diagnosis fields. The same three providers answer. This is decision support, not a specialist and not a diagnosis.

Medications, mutations, and interactions as decision support. Regulatory review is a later milestone — we do not claim “staatlich geprüft” as done.
Ingest a sequencing report and consult public research resources such as DeepMind AlphaGenome Atlas (Sep 2026: predicted effects of ~9 billion possible single-nucleotide changes; non-commercial atlas / AVI score). AlphaFold predicts proteins — this atlas is about DNA variants. No live Atlas API in Meddox yet — roadmap intent plus an outbound link only.
